Privacy notice

Effective October 25, 2026. This notice covers Remcon Conveyor Planner.

Information processed

When you use the tools, the service receives the project information included in the tool request: project name, material description, measurements, throughput and any evidence notes you provide. It calculates a response and returns it to your client. Avoid personal details, confidential customer identifiers and proprietary documents; a generic project name and necessary measurements are sufficient.

Storage and service providers

The planner application does not save request bodies, project briefs or generated concepts to a database or application log. It has no user accounts, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Downloaded packets are saved by your browser to your device.

Cloudflare hosts the service and processes network requests and operational metadata. Its processing is governed by its own policies. ChatGPT and other clients retain conversations and tool results according to their settings and privacy policies; this notice does not change those practices. The static example is synthetic and contains no customer data.

Sharing and contact

The planner does not automatically email your brief, create a sales lead or submit a quote request. Links to Remcon’s website open a separate service; submitting a contact form there is your choice. For privacy questions, email remcon@remconequipment.com or visit Remcon’s contact page.
