This planner supports preliminary straight-line feed/process/takeaway arrangements. It asks for a complete brief before calculating and preserves conflicts and assumptions in the result.

What the planner needs

Material and condition, maximum piece size, throughput with units, loading method, available building space, installed process-machine dimensions, inlet and outlet elevations and widths, conveyor lengths, separation choice, and collection-bin dimensions.

Understand the result

Errors are modeled conflicts to resolve. A result with no modeled conflicts still requires engineering review. Confirm material density, process interfaces and capacity, supports, guards, loading impact, maintenance access and operating lanes.

Maximum piece size is recorded for review but is not used by the current sizing engine. Unsupported arrangements need a separate engineering study.
